I’m Tina. 👋🏻
I’ve spent more than 25 years owning businesses, working inside them, raising three kids, building, losing, rebuilding, changing direction and figuring shit out as I went.
I know what it’s like to be ambitious while life is happening alongside you.
To want more for yourself and your business without wanting to sacrifice everything else to get there.
And I know what happens when you’re so busy keeping everything moving that you lose sight of what’s actually happening inside the business.
I learned that one the expensive way.
Years ago, I handed over too much control of a business I owned because I didn’t understand enough of what was happening behind the scenes. When things went wrong, they went very wrong.
That experience changed the way I look at business forever.
You need to know your business before you can confidently grow it.
Today, I use everything those 25+ years have taught me to help other women see what they’re too close to see, make stronger decisions and build businesses that make money without needing all of them, all of the time.
I’m still ambitious as f**k.
I’m still learning, building and changing direction.
I just know now that success doesn’t have to cost you your life.
